I came to writing through a need to understand things that felt too big, too messy, or too silent. Growing up, I noticed how many important truths—about the body, trauma, power, and pain—were buried under jargon or shame. So I learned to dig, to read deeply, and to put words to the things that most people avoided. That instinct became the foundation of my academic and creative writing.
I'm now pursuing an IMSc in Biological Science, and my research has spanned topics like psychopharmacology for trafficking survivors, the cultural roots of misogyny, and autism spectrum disorders. What drives me across all of these is the same: I want to make complex, sensitive subjects clear and human for the people who need to understand them. Whether I'm writing a research summary, a blog post, or a personal essay, I bring meticulous research and a voice that treats the reader as intelligent but not already expert.
I've been fortunate to win multiple awards in essay and poetry writing, but what I value most is the discipline behind the craft. I write with a structured, almost stubborn consistency—a habit I built during years when showing up to the page was an act of survival. That discipline now translates directly into my freelance work: I deliver on time, I communicate clearly, and I treat every project with the same care I'd give my own.
Outside of writing and science, I draw, curate playlists that tell stories, and have a soft spot for injured animals—I've hand-reared an owl, a puppy, and a kitten. Those things remind me that attention and gentleness are skills, and I bring them into every client relationship.

Hours of Operation
I work in focused blocks on weekends (Saturday and Sunday, typically 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM IST). During the week, I am fully committed to my IMSc studies and do not undertake deep work, though I may respond to brief messages. I am best reached during weekend hours, and I schedule all deadlines around this rhythm.
Payment Terms
Fixed-price projects: Full payment is due upon delivery, or a 50% upfront deposit for larger projects (over €100 equivalent). I invoice promptly via the platform’s escrow system.
Hourly projects: Time is logged honestly, including research and revision rounds within the agreed scope. I am happy to provide a time estimate before starting.
Communication Style
I prefer written, asynchronous communication through platform messaging. This allows me to give each message thoughtful attention and keeps a clear record of our agreements. I do not take phone or video calls unless absolutely required by the project, and even then by prior arrangement. I typically respond within 24–48 hours, and faster on weekends.
Revisions & Scope
My quotes include up to two rounds of reasonable revisions based on the original brief.
Additional revisions, or changes outside the agreed scope, will be billed at my standard hourly rate.
I am always open to feedback—clarity at the start prevents confusion later.
Deadlines & Booking
I take deadlines seriously and deliver polished work on time, often early. To fit within my study schedule, I ask for a minimum of three days’ notice for most projects. Because I balance freelancing with a rigorous Integrated MSc program, I accept a limited number of projects at any given time. Booking in advance is recommended.
