Talent Acquisition; It’s all about the Candidate Experience
I'm a senior Global Talent Acquisition Contributor/Leader with experience in Technical and Corporate (G&A) recruiting. I am a passionate advocate for reducing friction within the hiring process for candidates and hiring teams alike, as well as for increasing opportunities for women and underrepresented people. Finally, I'm an ATS and G Suite "power user". My sweet spot is growing start-ups and mid-sized companies (20-300 employees is about right) and also love organizations that have been able to grow past this size and still maintain an innovative, welcoming, startup culture. I love tech, global/decentralized teams, and opportunities that reshape the human existence. Talent Acquisition is the guardian of culture - and I take that responsibility to heart.
Work Terms
I have recruited on a global scale (over 20 countries, across 17 time zones). I am able to attend meetings 9am - 10pm US Pacific Time.
