Hi, I'm Geetika, an Executive & Transformational Coach, NLP Practitioner, Energy Healer and Trainer with over 15 years of rich experience in the world of Learning & Development and Human Transformation.

My journey began in the corporate sector, where I worked with top multinational companies, designing and delivering leadership programs, performance coaching interventions, and high-impact training modules. I loved seeing people grow-but something inside me knew there was more to success than strategy alone.

During the pandemic, like many others, I hit a turning point. Despite a successful career, I felt emotionally exhausted and spiritually disconnected. That period became a gateway for deep healing. I immersed myself in inner work, learning powerful tools like NLP, Reiki and emotional release techniques- not just to help others, but to heal myself too. This personal transformation changed the course of my life and career forever.

Now, I bring the best of both worlds - corporate leadership experience and deep healing wisdom - to help others transform from the inside out.

Work Terms

Hours of Operation: I am available Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST (GMT+5:30). For clients in other time zones, I offer flexible scheduling to ensure seamless collaboration.

Payment Terms:

Payments are to be made through Guru’s SafePay system for mutual security.

For fixed-price projects: 50% upfront and 50% upon completion, unless otherwise agreed.

For hourly engagements: Weekly invoicing through the platform.

Customized packages are available for long-term coaching or training contracts.
