Work Terms
1.Hours of Operation: Monday–Friday, 17:00 Hour–22:00 Hours.
Messages received outside working hours will be responded to as soon as possible.
2.Payment Terms: Payments shall be processed through Guru SafePay. Fixed-price projects may be divided into milestones based on project scope and deliverables.
3.Communication: Regular updates will be provided through Guru messaging and scheduled meetings when required.
4.Turnaround Time: Project delivery timelines depend on project size and complexity and will be agreed upon before commencement.
5.Revisions: Reasonable revisions related to the original project scope are included. Significant scope changes may require additional compensation.
