Availability
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (WAT), with flexibility for urgent matters and international clients.

Payment Terms
Our services are offered on a fixed-fee, milestone-based, or hourly billing structure, depending on the nature of the engagement. For most projects, we require an upfront retainer or full payment before commencement. Ongoing matters may be billed in agreed milestones. All fees are communicated clearly in advance to ensure transparency.
