Project Scope & Planning:
Before work begins, we will confirm the project scope, deliverables, and timeline. Any additional documents, expanded requirements, or new processes outside the original scope can be added through a new agreement or hourly billing.
Deliverables & Format:
All ISO 9001:2015 documents are delivered in AssureLine’s premium blue‑and‑gold formatting. This includes procedures, forms, manuals, process maps, and audit tools. Files are provided in Word, Excel, or PDF depending on your needs.
Revisions & Quality:
I include reasonable revisions to ensure your documentation is accurate, clear, and aligned with ISO 9001 requirements. Significant changes, new processes, or full rewrites may require additional billing.
Confidentiality & Security:
Your business information, processes, and documents are fully confidential. I do not share, publish, or reuse client content. All work is handled securely and professionally.
Payment & Milestones:
Work begins once SafePay is funded. Hourly projects are billed weekly. Fixed‑price projects may include milestones for larger document packages. Deliverables are released once the corresponding milestone is approved.
Availability & Support:
I am available for ongoing ISO 9001 support, document updates, internal audit preparation, and future improvements as your quality system evolves.
