I am very passionate about writing and creating interesting stories.

Georgios Andritsos was born in Greece in 1969. After graduating from high school Georgios worked as a builder, porter, Dj and a barman. In 1991 he moved from Greece and worked as a cocktail bartender in a variety of trendy restaurant-bars in Scandinavia, England, Tenerife, France and Spain. In Oslo, in 1997 he set up a company called Essential Bartending and ran bartending courses in the Nordic Region. The success of his courses led to TV appearances in Sweden and Denmark as a guest on several bar shows. In 2007 he wrote a cocktail book called “A little more than just Cocktails & Smoothes” which won an award in London’s book fair for best drink book in the world and got published in Norway, Sweden, France, Greece and Spain. The following year he did a creative writing course and began to write free verse poetry and short stories. He studied an MA in creative writing at the University of Bath Spa and graduated with high merit. He has completed a collection of powerful short stories and found an agent in UK. At the moment he is working on his first novel.
