Expert on product development, I have worked with multinational teams leading engineering functions on products within electrical energy management industry. One of my achievement was to apply AGILE methodologies on electro-mechanical development a unique application. Under my supervision, I have created competencies centers to support worldwide R&D organizations on Numerical Simulation and Engineering Software.
As consultant I have worked with different industries such as: Retailing, Industrial Gases, Automotive, Aftermarket, among others. My projects have been on a variety of functions within the business, from Business Processes, Market Intelligence, Market Analysis, Product Development, and Finance.
