I grew up in Los Angeles, CA, USA, and I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Information Systems. During the DOT COM boom, I was a Sales Account Manager for a global Taiwanese manufacturer selling fax/modems, network cards, switches, and hubs. This was one of the growing companies who started importing technology products from Taiwan and China, where I was also fortunate enough to travel to several countries and attend sales trade shows.
Later, when the internet started taking shape, I left my sales position in search of a career which focused on my area of studies in Computer Information Systems (CIS). I now have 18 years of technology support experience and I love it. There is nothing more satisfying than finding solutions for businesses and hearing positive feedback from customers when they experience immediate results.
I am a firm believer the client should have the freedom to choose what best fits their ideas and business model. I support the freedom of my clients while adhering to standard practices and security.
After I became a father, I took a serious interest in photography. At one point, I thought I was going to change careers and went as far as freelancing for a few wedding events. But my dedication for maintaining servers and building/repairing websites is my true passion. I am still the photographer for gatherings with friends and family, when I travel or when I simply find something of interest to capture forever. 30% released after Second Milestone Delivery
