I started my career in administrative and customer facing roles, where I learned early on how important it is to stay organized, detail oriented, and reliable. In my previous jobs, I handled records, communicated with clients, prepared reports, and supported daily operations. I found fulfillment in making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes and that people I work with feel supported and taken care of.
One experience that really shaped me was when I was managing multiple client records and reports at the same time. I made it a habit to double check every detail before submitting anything. It might seem simple, but that consistency helped me build trust with clients and coworkers, and it strengthened my attention to detail over time.
As I continued working, I built a strong foundation in administrative support, CRM management, and customer service. I became comfortable handling different tools, organizing data, and communicating clearly with clients. But at the same time, I started exploring my creative side.
I began creating content during my free time, and I realized how much I enjoy planning posts, designing visuals, and thinking of ways to engage an audience. What started as a simple interest slowly turned into a passion. This is what led me to transition into becoming a Virtual Assistant, where I can combine both structure and creativity in the work I do.
Today, I support businesses by helping them stay organized while also improving their online presence. I assist with content planning, graphic design, social media management, mail and calendar organization, and other administrative tasks that help business owners focus on growth.
I value consistency, clear communication, and doing things right the first time. I am someone who is a fast learner, adaptable, and always willing to improve. I take pride in delivering work that clients can trust and rely on.
Outside of work, I enjoy creating content and reading. These hobbies help me stay inspired, keep learning, and bring fresh ideas into the work I do.

Work Terms
I’m available to work Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST for full time roles, and I’m also open to project based work with flexible hours when needed. I prefer weekly payments, but I’m happy to discuss terms depending on the scope of the work. When it comes to communication, I like to keep things clear and consistent. I make sure to give regular updates so you always know what’s going on, and I’m comfortable using gmail, chat, or project management tools. I also try to be proactive by asking questions and clarifying tasks to make sure everything is done right without you having to follow up.
