Started drawing horses and portraits in middle school and continued on. Majored in drawing in college and later went back and got a graphic design degree in order to get a job. Worked for 20 years as an art director in ad agencies and studios. Taught drawing and design in college for 5 years and occasionally give private lessons. Worked as an illustrator for McGraw-Hill Educational Division for a little over a year. Am now self employed as a freelance artist.
