About

Clarity. Strategy. Impact. Your vision, realized.

Glory Eze is not just a trade and development specialist—she’s a force behind the scenes of Africa’s evolving economic landscape. With over 17 years of experience, Glory has built a career that spans diplomacy, international trade, SME empowerment, and sustainable development. Her journey began in Lagos, where she served at the British Deputy High Commission, mastering the art of stakeholder engagement and policy communication. From customer service to managing health campaigns, she quickly became known for her ability to turn dormant systems into thriving platforms.

But Glory’s story isn’t just about titles—it’s about transformation. At the British High Commission, she didn’t just manage trade development; she built bridges between Nigerian entrepreneurs and UK investors, unlocking opportunities across agriculture, energy, and digital innovation. Her work helped shape bilateral trade strategies and gave SMEs the tools to compete globally.

Her next chapter took her deeper into the heart of Africa’s private sector. At CLM Consulting, Glory became the go-to advisor for international firms navigating Nigeria’s complex trade environment. She didn’t just interpret policy—she shaped it. She worked hand-in-hand with regulators, chambers of commerce, and donor agencies to dismantle trade barriers and build inclusive market systems. Her fingerprints are on procurement reforms, export readiness programs, and capacity-building initiatives that have touched hundreds of businesses.

Then came her role at the UN Global Compact, where Glory led the SPARK initiative across Africa. Here, her passion for sustainability and equity took center stage. She empowered youth and women-led enterprises, helped SMEs access sustainable financing, and guided corporations in integrating ESG principles into their supply chains. Her work wasn’t just technical—it was transformational. She helped businesses grow responsibly, and communities thrive.

💡 What Drives Her

Glory’s values are rooted in inclusion, integrity, and impact. She believes that economic growth must be equitable, that trade must serve people—not just profits—and that development must be sustainable. Her work reflects a deep commitment to gender equality, youth empowerment, and climate-smart solutions.

She’s not afraid to challenge systems, ask hard questions, or push for reform. Whether she’s advising ministries, training cooperatives, or facilitating public-private dialogues, Glory brings strategic clarity and emotional intelligence to every room she enters.

🎒 Beyond the Résumé

Outside of work, Glory is a lifelong learner. She’s pursuing a Global MBA in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from the University of London, and she’s completed a certification at Harvard Edx. She’s a member of the Chartered Management Institute, and she’s constantly exploring new ways to connect policy with practice.

She’s also a mentor and a reader. She enjoys curating learning experiences for young professionals.
