I am a passionate and results-driven Assistant Design Engineer with over 3.5 years of professional experience in the mining equipment sector. My journey in engineering began with a strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering, earning my degree from Karpagam Institute of Technology, Coimbatore. Since then, I have dedicated my career to designing, analyzing, and optimizing mining machinery, including crushers, washers, screens, and related components.
At Bradken India Private Limited, I played a key role in developing efficient, reliable solutions tailored to customer needs. By leveraging my skills in NX CAD, Navis 2024, Geomagic Control X, and PLM systems like Teamcenter, I have contributed to enhancing product performance and minimizing manufacturing errors. My efforts have led to achieving 100% compliance with ASME and ISO standards, significantly reducing post-production issues and boosting first-pass yield.
Previously, I served as an Associate Design Engineer at Nesans Mining & Automation Pvt. Ltd., where I specialized in the design of crusher machines and related systems. I took pride in improving cost efficiency without compromising quality, fostering communication between engineering and manufacturing teams, and ensuring seamless integration of design changes.
One of my proudest achievements is leading the standardization of design documentation, which helped reduce assembly time and lower production costs through DFMA principles. My technical expertise also extends to analyzing 3D scanner data for asset management and implementing innovative solutions for wear liners and hoppers.
