where i had to update Borrower’s name , co-Borrower’s name , modification details during the loan, verifying the correct Property address with parcel number, mailing address, Borrower’s Name, SSN, Loan amount, note and closing date, Maturity date, Exact Loan term, Balloon term if any, Pre payment penalty, late charge minimum and maximum amount, Late charge rate ,Interest only payment if any, Additional Borrower, MERS number, Original note holder’s name, State and county code, Loan purpose, Occupancy type, Property type, Appraisal date and amount, VA and FHA case number, Deferred and Principal Reduction amount in modification if any.

Pre boarding audit, Indexing, Corp and Escrow amount, title search, payment history details updation.
