My Career Story: From E-Commerce Strategist to Amazon Optimization Leader
My career began in 2015 at JAGO AG Stuttgart, where I immersed myself in the dynamic world of e-commerce. As a Web Content Manager and Team Lead, I learned to navigate platforms like Amazon, eBay, and niche European marketplaces. I mastered keyword research, competitor analysis, and cross-department collaboration, all while training teams to work smarter. By streamlining workflows and introducing tools like ERP systems, we accelerated task efficiency by 60%, directly fueling sales growth.
In 2017, I joined Testrut DE GmbH as Head of Web Content & Translation, where I led teams across Amazon’s European markets (DE, IT, ES, FR). Here, I became a bridge between departments - sales, IT, and customer service - aligning strategies to optimize product listings and backend processes. I thrived on solving puzzles: uncovering high-potential keywords, analyzing trends, and training teams to adapt seamlessly during absences. Over six years, I honed my ability to turn data into actionable insights, ensuring our products stayed ahead in Amazon’s competitive landscape.
Today, I channel this expertise into my own venture as Managing Director of Searchoneers d.o.o., where I partner with Amazon sellers and vendors to transform their digital presence. From SEO-driven listings to PPC campaigns, I help clients turn visibility into revenue.
