Work Terms
Availability
I am available 50 hours per week and can adjust based on project needs. I respond to messages within 24 hours.
Communication
I prefer communication via Guru Messages, but can also arrange calls through Zoom, Google Meet, or Skype if required.
Status updates and project milestones will be shared regularly.
Payment Terms
I request SafePay protection on all projects (Guru's escrow system) to ensure security for both parties.
Payment will be released upon completion of agreed milestones or final project delivery, as per our initial agreement.
Project Scope
All project details, deliverables, deadlines, and requirements will be clearly discussed and mutually agreed upon before starting.
Revisions
I offer [1–2] free rounds of minor revisions to ensure client satisfaction. Major changes outside of the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges.
Confidentiality
I respect client confidentiality. Any shared project data, documents, or sensitive information will be handled securely and will not be shared without written permission.
Ownership and Rights
Once full payment is received, all work files, assets, and rights will be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation Policy
If a project needs to be cancelled after initiation, payment will be made for the completed milestones or work delivered up to the cancellation point.
