I'm a finance professional with 10+ years of experience running the full finance function for real businesses, not just supporting it from the side.

My background spans Deloitte in Bengaluru, McDonald's in Bahrain, and 8 years as the founder and finance lead of Just Shawarma, a multi-brand F&B business I built from a single outlet to 25 locations before a planned exit. I owned everything from daily reconciliations to statutory audits, working capital management, multi-entity reporting, and the systems that held it all together under operational pressure.

I now run TAG Consultancy Solutions, a fractional finance practice working with founders and growing businesses remotely. My clients get clean books, reliable reporting, and a finance function that actually works, without hiring full-time.

I am ACCA-qualified with formal IFRS training and hands-on experience across Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero, Tally, Excel, and Power BI. I also build financial dashboards using Python and Streamlit when a spreadsheet is not enough.

I work independently, communicate directly, and treat every client's business with the same attention I gave my own.

Work Terms

Available for both hourly and fixed-price engagements. Typical response time is within a few hours during business hours IST (GMT+5:30).

For ongoing retainers: I work on a monthly cycle with deliverables agreed upfront. Monthly close and reporting packs are delivered within the first week of the following month.

For fixed-scope projects: I provide a clear scope, timeline, and price before work begins. No surprises.

Preferred communication: Email or platform messaging for documentation. Video calls available for onboarding and reviews.

Payment: I work within Guru's SafePay system. Milestone-based payment is preferred for project work.
