-Manage filing and routing of source documents after entry.
-Enter and update files into Excel Spreadsheets and Sales/Purchases Book.
-Perform administrative duties such as operating office equipment or data filing as required.
-Maintain inventory of the store and inform purchase staff regarding items for purchase and receive supplies.
-Monitoring incoming emails and answer or forward as required.
