Graciela Molina did a good job of creating a 3D video from a house plan that I sent to her. She worked diligently and was willing to make changes that I felt were necessary. The cost was very reasonable. If I am able I will leave a url to youtube to look at the video upon final completion. She has agreed to make changes that I and my designer want to the video so that my potential customer can see what will come standard with the house. Unfortunately i did not talk to my designer until late in the process. I will never build a custom home again without a 3d video by Graciela. The video has allowed me to see exactly what I need to accomplish. I am a licensed builder and also a real estate broker. I think the video will allow me to market the house on the MLS with greater expediency. Thank you Graciela
