I have been build web applications for the past 20 years, so I have experience in gathering and understanding requirements, building scalable databases, using various design patters such as MVC and nTeir, and have experience with front-end design and development. I am an experienced with object oriented programming (OOP) and building sites as a SaaS - software as a service. These are invaluable traits in a programmer to ensure your product is build to scale and modular enough to be upgraded or modified due to changing requirements.

Another advantage in working with me is I was born and raised in the USA, so communication, written and verbally, is natural for US clients. As well, you deal directly with me. I am not a company - I am one person.

Work Terms

I require a good faith deposit of 25% of the total amount of the project or iteration, and will guarantee my work. If my deliverable-s do not meet your requirements, I will refund 50% of what I was paid. That offer is good for the first 14 days after deployment.
