About

Architect and 3D Modeller

I am a Mexican Architect specializing in 3D modelling and rendering. I can effectively translate ideas into a virtual landscape for presentations, documentation and visualization.

I have 3 years of professional experience with 3D modelling software such as 3DsMax, SketchUp, Rhino 6 and Blender. I can use Corona, V-Ray and Lumion as rendering software, although I prefer Lumion for speed and efficiency.

I believe my architectural training is an advantage both for myself and my potential clients, as I can speak the jargon and interpret the technical drawings involved.

I've worked on projects ranging from kitchens and apartment interiors, to suburban development, and everything in between. My largest project so far has been modelling Tijuana's financial district to produce a 3D canvas in which to introduce urban improvements such as parks, road diets, new infrastructure, amongst many other interventions.

So far, every one of my projects have been produced in a successful, timely manner, and I pride myself in working efficiently and having great turnover and communication.

I am fluent in English and a native Spanish speaker, and I'm US based on the Pacific Daylight Time Zone.

Work Terms

I have a flexible schedule.

The ideal client would have all the information needed to execute their ideas efficiently. Also, they communicate often with me to improve the final deliverable.

Although I can work with rougher sketches and models, It's usually better for both parties to have a good idea of what they need.
