WORK PROCESS:

- Prepare detailed estimates using PlanSwift & Excel
- Deliver client-ready reports within the agreed timeline
- Provide one free revision if required

PAYMENT TERMS:
- Milestone-based payment preferred
- 10% advance for new clients on large projects
- Full payment for small/quick tasks before delivery

COMMUNICATION:
- Available Monday to Saturday
- Response within 12 hours
- All work delivered in Excel/PDF format
