Desktop Support Engineering: Expert installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows/Mac environments, enterprise software, and peripheral hardware.

Field Support Leadership: Proven track record of managing on-site technical deployments, site surveys, and emergency repairs across multiple locations.

Infrastructure & Networking: Deep experience in LAN/WAN setups, VPN troubleshooting, and hardware lifecycle management.

I pride myself on a "first-time-fix" mentality and clear communication with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

Work Terms

Availability & Communication

Hours of Operation: I am available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (PKT). I am also available for emergency weekend support by prior arrangement.

Response Time: I typically respond to all messages within 2–4 hours during business hours.

Communication Channels: I prefer using Guru’s message board for project tracking, but I am available for technical consultations via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet.

Payment & Milestone Terms

SafePay Requirement: For the security of both parties, I require all project funds to be funded via SafePay before work begins.

Milestones: For larger projects, I prefer breaking the work into clear milestones (e.g., Initial Assessment, Implementation, Final Testing/Handover).

Payment Schedule: Payments are released upon the successful completion of each agreed-upon milestone.

Service Guarantee

Post-Support: I offer a 7-day technical support window after project completion to ensure everything is running smoothly and to address any minor adjustments.

Confidentiality: I strictly adhere to professional data privacy standards.
