Engineering and analytical mind, hands-on experience, with thirst for results

I am a Mechanical Engineer, with Master's Degree in Nuclear Engineering. I have worked professionally in Turkey, Canada and the U.S. in Automotive, Critical Medical Devices and Consumer Products. My main contributions were Quality Management and Project Management. I was instrumental in obtaining business awards (Q1, GM Q.Award, ISO9001) for my operations in the U.S., Canada, Ireland and Australia. I take initiative and do what needs to be done, sometimes outside my boundaries. I enjoy working with teams, based on 100% trust. Some of my out-of-the-box projects: Organizing in-hospital training for all staff at Edwards; designing a Lotus Notes-based Quality Documentation System that shortened processing time from 3 months to half hour; implementing a digital system for toothbrush packaging that shortened development time 75%, while improving quality.

Work Terms

I enjoy working without time or geography boundaries, i.e., I work anytime and anywhere. I prefer working on a project basis, with defined outcomes, rather than hourly. I also empower my teammates, after making sure thay know the targets and are equipped to achieve them.
