Work Terms
Communication
I maintain clear and regular communication throughout every project. I am available through platform messages or scheduled video calls. I typically respond within 24 hours on business days. I provide regular progress updates so you remain informed about the status of your project.
Payment Terms
I structure work on a milestone basis for most projects. This provides clarity and security for both parties. Payments are released as each agreed milestone is completed. For smaller projects under a certain amount, I may accept full payment upon completion. All transactions are processed through the freelancer platform in accordance with its terms.
Project Timeline
I provide a detailed timeline during the planning phase. This includes the start date, key milestones, and estimated completion date. If any factors arise that may affect the timeline, I communicate this promptly. I respect your time and work diligently to meet agreed deadlines.
Revisions and Changes
My process includes opportunities for feedback throughout development to ensure the final product meets your expectations. Minor adjustments during development are included. Significant changes to the original project scope may require additional time and cost. I discuss any such changes with you before proceeding.
Ownership and Rights
Upon full payment, you receive complete ownership of all code, designs, and deliverables. I do not retain any rights to your project. I am willing to sign a nondisclosure agreement to protect your confidential information and ideas.
Support After Delivery
I provide support for fourteen days following project completion. This includes addressing any bugs or issues that may arise. Ongoing maintenance and support beyond this period can be arranged through a separate agreement.
