My journey started with a degree in finance and commerce, and I later spent 7 years in aviation as everything from PSA to Operations Manager and Load Master. I've also worked in finance and banking, giving me a solid grip on systems, structure, and confidentiality.

One of my proudest accomplishments was leading a turnaround team during irregular operations at an international airport — coordinating ground crew, system inputs, and last-minute safety verifications to ensure a smooth departure under extreme time pressure. That experience taught me how to stay calm, communicate clearly, and deliver under stress — skills I now apply to every freelance project, no matter how small.

I'm not limited to one industry — I’ve supported clients in logistics, customer support, education, personal services, and small business operations. My wide range of experience helps me quickly understand client needs and offer solutions without constant oversight.

Outside of work, I’m a tech enthusiast, lifelong learner, and someone who genuinely enjoys solving problems — whether it’s streamlining a spreadsheet or smoothing out a workflow.

Work Terms

🕒 Hours of Operation:

Flexible and responsive. I’m generally available Sunday through Thursday, with weekend availability upon request. Please note that rates may vary during holidays or weekend hours depending on the task urgency or complexity.

💳 Payment Terms:

Standard rate is $10/hour. Project-based pricing available upon discussion. All payments are handled securely via Guru’s SafePay system. Open to both short-term tasks and long-term commitments.

📩 Communication Style:

Clear, respectful, and prompt. I prefer written communication (messages through Guru, chat, or mail), but I’m open to voice or video calls when needed. You’ll receive timely updates, transparency, and deadline accountability throughout the project.
