I work fully remote and support GCs across the U.S. My role is to be your trusted right-hand someone who gets it done, keeps the team aligned, and helps you finish on time, under budget, and stress-free.

Work Terms

I work fully remote and offer flexible availability to accommodate project timelines, client communication, and subcontractor coordination. I support GCs, developers, and homeowners with services including project management, procurement, scheduling, job cost tracking, permit logistics, and remote interior design coordination.

🛠 Availability:
Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm EST
(Weekend check-ins available with notice)

💻 Remote Tools Used:
Zoom, Google Drive, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Excel, Canva, Procore (light use)

💳 Payment Terms:
Hourly or milestone-based.
Invoices sent weekly or by project.
All payments must be processed through Guru for both party protection.

📞 Communication:
I respond within 24 hours to all messages.
