Work Terms

1. Clear Information of the Job should be given and should be agreed by main parties.
2. Terms and Conditions: Mutual Understanding.
3. Scope of the Project will be as per the Order acceptance.
4. Changes, Revisions and extra Job will be an additional cost.
5. Legal: I can't guarantee that my work will be completely error free so I cant be liable to you for third party damages.
6. Copyright: I own the copyright to that work unless you otherwise complete the Order.
7. Payment: 15% advance, 70% at the time of approval, and balance 10% before delivery.
8. Termination: For any rework.
9. Signatures: It wouldn’t be a freelance contract without the signatures of both the freelancer and the client.
10. Job cost in Hindustan will be in converted cost of rupees.
