I am a CAD/CAM Programmer and Manufacturing Engineer specializing in CNC machining, digital manufacturing workflows, and precision engineering solutions for global clients. With deep technical experience in 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machining, I provide end-to-end support—from concept design and modelling to toolpath creation, optimization, simulation, and production-ready NC programs. Over the years, I have worked on a wide range of components across automotive, industrial machinery, heavy engineering, product design, and R&D. My expertise includes Mastercam, Fusion 360, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Siemens NX, and other leading CAD/CAM tools used by manufacturers around the world. I create clean, optimized toolpaths that reduce cycle time, protect tooling, improve surface finish, and enhance the manufacturability of complex parts. Work Terms

**Availability & Communication**
I am available for remote work worldwide and can adapt to different time zones. Communication is done through chat, email, or scheduled calls. I provide regular progress updates, work summaries, and quick responses to keep projects moving smoothly.

**Project Requirements**
Before starting, I request clear inputs such as 2D drawings, 3D models, sketches, sample parts, machine details, material specifications, tool lists, and tolerances. Well-defined requirements help ensure accurate and efficient output.

**Workflow & Deliverables**
Each project follows a step-by-step method: requirement review → design/CAM preparation → simulation/verification → client review → final delivery. I provide complete files such as 3D models, toolpaths, G-code, machining drawings, and documentation depending on the project scope.

**Revisions & Support**
Minor revisions related to the original scope are included at no extra cost. Additional changes, new features, or modified specifications may require updated pricing. I provide technical support for integrating programs with client machines and can assist during production if needed.

**Confidentiality**
All designs, models, programs, and client information remain fully confidential. NDAs are welcome and respected.

**Payments**
For freelance or contract projects, I accept milestone-based or hourly payments depending on project size and complexity. Work begins once the initial milestone is released. Full deliverables are provided upon project completion and final payment approval.
