The idea for CRMPUNCH was born out of a simple observation—most businesses were investing in multiple software tools but still struggling with fragmented processes, disconnected data, and inefficient workflows. Traditional solutions were either too rigid, too expensive, or too generic to meet real business needs. From the beginning, CRMPUNCH focused on open-source and flexible platforms like VtigerCRM, SuiteCRM, and SugarCRM, customizing them to match unique client requirements. As the digital landscape grew, so did we. Our expertise expanded into Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, Odoo, ERPNext, Frappe CRM, and GoHighLevel (GHL), enabling us to serve businesses of all sizes—from startups to enterprises—with solutions that combine innovation and practicality.
Over time, our role evolved from being just an implementation partner to becoming a strategic advisor and technology enabler. Clients not only relied on us to deploy software but also to design workflows, migrate data, integrate third-party apps, and optimize business operations end-to-end. Work Terms
At CRMPUNCH, we value professionalism, transparency, and long-term partnerships. Our work terms are designed to ensure clarity, mutual trust, and smooth collaboration with every client.
1. Engagement Model
Projects can be executed on a Fixed-Price or Hourly model depending on scope and requirements.
Retainer-based or dedicated resource engagement is available for long-term projects.
2. Communication
Regular communication via Email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom/Google Meet.
Weekly or bi-weekly progress reports and milestone updates.
Quick response time: within 12–24 hours on business days.
3. Project Delivery
Work is divided into clear milestones and deliverables.
Agile methodology for iterative development and client feedback.
Timelines and estimates are provided before project commencement.
4. Payment Terms
For Fixed-Price projects: Payments are milestone-based and released upon approval of deliverables.
For Hourly projects: Time is tracked transparently and invoiced weekly.
Advance/initial payment may be required depending on project size.
5. Revisions & Support
Each deliverable includes a defined number of revisions within the agreed scope.
Post-deployment support and maintenance available under separate support plans.
Additional features or scope changes are handled through a formal Change Request Process.
6. Confidentiality & Security
All client data and project details are treated with strict confidentiality.
NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) can be signed on request.
Security best practices are followed across development and deployment.
7. Availability
Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST.
Flexible availability for international clients and critical project needs.
8. Ownership & Handover
Upon full payment, complete ownership of source code, designs, and deliverables is transferred to the client.
