I have more than 20 years of professional experience including practicing law for 7 years and 15 years of human resources expertise as a consultant, generalist and manager. I have built the HR department for several companies and I am highly skilled in HR audits and compliance. My education includes a B.S. in Business, M.S. in Human Resources, and J.D. in law. I hold a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.

I am an excellent problem solver and experienced with all areas of human resources including Training, policies and procedures, Payroll including wage and hour, Employee Relations, ADAA, FMLA, Compensation, Recruiting, New Hire Orientation, Contracts, Compliance, Benefits, ACA and HIPAA, EEOC and AAP's. I have worked for many industries including professional services, high tech, manufacturing, renewable energy, automotive and aviation.
