I've been administering Jira for over 3 years on an instance that has more than 1600 projects and nowadays I'm the tech lead of the instance working with a team located across the globe. Due to the huge size of the instance, permissions is a key matter on keeping the information secure. I've personally set up the permissions and roles of the instance and also taken care of fixing not properly set permissions over other small instances. During my time as administrator I've worked on several workflow configurations going from the very simple to very complex ones with "out of the box solutions". I'm experienced integrating different Atlassian tools as well as some externals ones either by app links or specific add-ons. Regarding trainings, I've been in charge of training every new admin on the instance. I've done trainings several times and learnt how to share the knowledge in a way that is easy to understand specially considering that jira can be messy until you have the whole picture.
