I've eagerly worked in Accounting off and on for 22 years using Microsoft Office products like Excel and Word; as well as Powerpoint and QuickBooks. I've prepared and analyzed financial statements including the profit & loss statement, balance sheet, and statement of financial position while processing month end journal entries and adjusting entries during the month end and year end close. I've reconciled bank accounts and assisted with preparing the cash and budget forecasts. I've also worked in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and Payroll. I have a degree in Business Management and majored in Accounting and I am a detailed, self starter who loves to do a great job.

This position performs accounting and financial work involving account preparation, research, analysis, recording, reconciliation and reporting for the organization.

Responsibilities: Assist with month-end financial reports Post journal entries Help with accounts receivable, payable and bank statement reconciliationAssist with audits Balance sheet reconciliation Work with the finance team on yearly forecasting efforts
Manage the monthly tracking of our physical inventory Support the payment processing team

Requirements Applicants should be Business, Finance, Economics or Accounting majors with proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and excellent communication skills are all essential to this position.
