Work Terms

Available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EAT / Rwanda Time)
Occasional weekend availability upon prior agreement

Brief & Discovery – Understanding your goals and project needs

Concept & Design – Sharing initial concepts or drafts for feedback

Revisions – 2–3 rounds of revisions depending on project scope

Final Delivery – Providing approved files in all necessary formats

📁 Deliverables
High-resolution files (PNG, JPEG, PDF, etc.)

Source files (AI, PSD, C4D, BLEND) included if stated in the agreement

Exported assets optimized for print, web, or motion

💸 Payment Terms
For fixed-price projects:

50% upfront (escrow-funded)

50% upon final delivery

For hourly contracts:

Tracked via platform’s time tracker

All payments must be made through the freelancing platform (e.g., Upwork, Freelancer, etc.)
