Hurricane Publications was founded in 2012 by Katt Harriman, the owner and creator of littlemisshurricane.com

Katt's love for storytelling began at quite a young age. At the age of only 10, Katt began creating intricate stories that would captivate an audience of Children. As Katt grew older her stories grew from bears hiding in the refrigerator to teen dramas for her friends.

At 16, Katt had her first article published in Western Parent magazine. Seeing her name in the paper only solidified her love for writing. Katt knew that writing and storytelling was what she wanted to do for the rest of her life.
