HWADesigns is a new company, it's been existing for roughly 3 months now and it is also a real estate firm. We help our clients buy, rent or sell houses, and after that they also have the option of coming to us to help them renovate the purchased property. HWADesigns also consults for people that are trying to construct, finish a building or purchase a property, we consult based on what they need in terms of cost, re-sale value, purpose of building, available budget and most favorable deal. HWADesigns is a company that comprises of experts who have worked for various companies around the world and have now come together to start up a business, with their experiece.

Work Terms
We operate from 9am - 9pm, 70% commitment fee should be payed at the beginning of the job and the other 30% after completions.
