Work Terms
My standard hours of operation are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (local time). However, I understand that the creative process may require flexibility, and I am open to accommodating client needs outside of these hours, provided that we have discussed and agreed upon the arrangement in advance.
Payment Terms:
For projects with a total cost below $500, full payment is required upfront. For projects above $500, a 50% deposit is required to initiate the work, with the remaining balance due upon completion and approval of the project. Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or any other agreed-upon method. All invoices will include a detailed breakdown of the services provided, and payment is expected within 14 days of the invoice date.
Preferred Communication Style:
I believe that effective communication is the key to a successful collaboration. My preferred communication channels are email and video conferencing (e.g., Zoom or Skype), as they allow for clear and concise exchanges of information. However, I am also available for phone calls and text messages when necessary. Regular updates and check-ins will be scheduled throughout the project to ensure that we stay on track and aligned with your creative vision.
Please note that my response time during my hours of operation is typically within 24 hours. For urgent matters, kindly indicate the urgency in the subject line or at the beginning of your message, and I will do my best to respond as promptly as possible.
