1) Initial Requirement Gathering
2) Analyzation of requirements
3) Meetings to solve any queries in analyzation process
4) Creation of Feature listing document
5) Freezing the Feature listing document
6) Creation of WBS (Work Break Sheet)
7) Using Basecamp System to set up todos and milestones through WBS
8) Creation of live development URL to show a live demo.
8) Assigning programmers to work on those to-dos
9) Allowing client to share feedback on to-dos after the To-dos are closed
10) Round of changes occur if the To-dos failed to met client's need.
11) Approval of To-do's/milestone to move ahead to the next.
12) On approval the work either is transferred to client's server or continued according to agreement.
Payment methods
Our Payment Terms are as below:
30% – At the start of project.
40% - Upon 50 % of project completion/approval of designs/flow for all pages.
30% – At the end of project.
FREE support to resolve issues/fix bugs for 90 days.
