Work Terms

Payment structure:
I am comfortable working under both hourly and milestone-based (fixed-price) contracts, depending on the nature and scope of the project. For short, clearly defined tasks I prefer milestone-based agreements. For ongoing or open-ended work, hourly contracts are appropriate.

Revisions:
Up to two rounds of revisions are included in every project at no additional cost. Further revisions beyond this are billed at the agreed hourly rate.

Deadlines:
I take deadlines seriously. Delivery timelines are agreed upon before work begins and are strictly honored. Rush delivery (under 24 hours) may incur an additional fee depending on scope.

Communication:
I respond to all messages within 24 hours on business days. I provide progress updates at key milestones without being asked.

Getting started:
For new clients, I require a clear project brief before beginning. For milestone contracts, an initial deposit of 50% is standard before work commences.
