I am a Canadian citizen with a career of thirty years. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. I am also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in the UK.

Currently, I am the Head of Contracts at a major multi-national company operating in the Oil & Gas industry. My responsibilities include review of and drafting contracts and formal correspondence of contractual and legal nature, as well as drafting of and preparing major claims submissions.

Prior to this, I worked for an international engineering and construction company as a proposals manager, preparing and drafting proposals for various construction projects.

Through my career I have developed exceptional and special skills in drafting and writing in English. At the heart of these skills is the ability to produce an error free, perfectly structured text, communicating the intended message in a concise but seamlessly clear form.
