- 20+ years of experience in IT project management
- 25+ years of experience in IT engineering and development
- experience working with a regulated environment (ISO/CMM/ITIL proceedings)
- excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels of the business, including external clients and providers
- detailed, organized and results oriented with strong focus on quality
