Work Terms

Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM UTC (flexible for urgent projects; weekends by arrangement).
Payment Terms: I prefer hourly or milestone-based payments via Guru's SafePay for security. Hourly rates start at $25/hour; fixed-price projects require 30% upfront, 40% at midpoint, and 30% upon completion. Invoices are sent weekly for ongoing work, with payment expected within 7 days.
Preferred Communication: Primarily through Guru messaging for quick responses. Available for Zoom calls during business hours for detailed discussions. I aim to respond to messages within 24 hours.
