Work Terms

Hours of Operation
I am available Monday to Sunday(7 days a week). I respond to messages promptly and keep clients updated throughout the project to ensure smooth progress.

Communication
Clear communication is important to me. I am comfortable working via Guru messages, or scheduled calls when needed. Project details, feedback, and revisions are handled in an organized and professional manner.

Project Process
After discussing requirements, I begin with an initial design draft. Feedback is then incorporated through revision rounds depending on the project package. Final files are delivered once the design is approved.

Turnaround Time
Turnaround depends on project size and complexity. Smaller design tasks are completed faster, while multi-page documents require more time. Timelines are agreed upon before the project begins.

Payment Terms
Projects can be handled on a fixed-price or hourly basis. For fixed projects, milestones are preferred for larger tasks. Work begins once the project is funded through the platform.

Revisions
Revisions are included based on the agreed package. Additional changes outside the original scope can be handled as an extension of the project.

Files Delivered
Final files are delivered in professional, ready-to-use formats for print or digital use. Source files can be provided when included in the project agreement.
