Work Terms
1. Scope of Work
I will provide the services agreed upon in our conversation and confirmed in writing. Any work outside the original scope will require a separate agreement and additional fees.
2. Communication
All project details, feedback, and approvals will be handled through Guru's messaging system. I typically respond within 24 hours on business days.
3. Timeline
I will deliver the completed work by the agreed deadline. If anything arises that may affect the timeline, I will notify you as soon as possible.
4. Revisions
One round of reasonable revisions is included at no additional cost. Additional revisions beyond that will be billed at my hourly rate.
5. Payment
Payment is made through Guru's SafePay system. For projects over a certain amount, a deposit may be required before work begins. Final payment is due upon completion and before final files are released.
6. Ownership
Full ownership of the final work transfers to you upon final payment. I retain the right to include the work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
7. Cancellation
Either party may cancel the project at any time. If canceled, you will be billed for work completed up to that point, and any remaining deposit will be refunded.
8. Satisfaction
My goal is to deliver work that meets your needs. If you are unsatisfied, let me know and I will work with you to make it right within the scope of our agreement.
