Work Terms
1. Hours of Operation:
My standard working hours are from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Monday to Sunday, Indian Standard Time (IST).
2. Payment Terms:
The full fee will be charged at the end of the project.
Payment method: Bank transfer only.
The pricing for my desktop applications is as follows:
Simple project: $50
Standard project: $100
Any additional customization or changes requested beyond the initial project scope may incur additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon before implementation.
3. Communication:
Preferred communication channels: Email or WhatsApp.
I aim to respond to all communications within 24 hours during my standard working hours. Urgent matters will be addressed promptly.
4. Project Scope:
The scope of work will be outlined and agreed upon before the commencement of the project.
Any changes or additions to the scope will be addressed through formal change requests and may result in adjustments to the project timeline and cost.
5. Confidentiality:
All project-related information shared with me will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. I will not disclose any sensitive information to third parties without prior consent.
6. Ownership and Copyright:
Upon receipt of full payment, all rights to the project deliverables will transfer to the client.
7. Revisions and Maintenance:
Each project includes one round of revisions within the agreed-upon scope of work.
Additional revisions or maintenance services can be provided upon request and will be priced separately.
