Work Terms

Communication:
--I am available through Guru.com messages and can schedule meetings via Zoom/Google Meet/whatsapp if required.
--I provide regular updates during the project to ensure alignment with client expectations.

Availability:
--Working hours: Monday–Saturday, 9 AM – 7 PM (GMT+5) [can be flexible on demand]
--Response time: Within 12–24 hours

Payment Terms:
--I prefer using Guru SafePay for secure transactions.
--For fixed-price projects, 50% upfront is required, and the remaining upon completion and approval.
--For hourly contracts, invoices will be raised weekly through Guru’s system.

Deliverables:
--Deliverables will be shared in high-resolution image formats (PNG, JPEG, PDF) and, if requested, editable source files (AI, PSD, SVG, or PPTX).
--All work will be original, customized, and based on the client’s requirements.

Confidentiality:
--I fully respect the confidentiality of client data and research.
--No information, files, or results will be shared with third parties without written consent.

Client Responsibilities:
--Clients should provide all necessary details, raw data, journal guidelines (if any), or design references before work begins.
--Timely feedback is appreciated to ensure smooth project progress.

Project Completion:
--Once the final files are delivered and approved, full ownership is transferred to the client.
--Any additional requests outside the original scope will be subject to a new agreement.
