Cloud-Powered Development: Fast & Powerful Software and Web Solutions.
I believe in maintaining a transparent, professional, and efficient working relationship with every client. Below are the terms under which I operate on all software, web development, and cloud project engagements:
Scope Definition & Milestone Planning: Before any work begins, we will establish a clearly defined scope of work detailing all feature requirements, deliverables, and timelines. Projects are divided into structured milestones to ensure smooth progress tracking.
Escrow Deposit Requirement: Work on any project or milestone commences only after the agreed milestone amount is fully funded into Guru’s Escrow system.
Communication & Progress Reporting: Regular status updates and functional code demos will be provided through the platform's messaging system. Clear communication is maintained throughout the development lifecycle to ensure alignment with your goals.
Scope Changes & Additions: Any new functionality, module additions, or structural design changes requested after the initial scope agreement will be evaluated separately and billed as additional milestones.
Testing & Revisions: Every project includes testing for performance, security, and responsiveness across browsers and devices. Necessary revisions within the agreed scope will be performed to meet functional specifications.
Final Deliverables & Source Code Release: Full ownership of the source code, admin credentials, database scripts, and cloud configurations will be transferred upon the final project release and release of Escrow funds.
Post-Launch Technical Support: Every completed project comes with 14 days of free post-launch support to resolve any bugs, technical errors, or configuration issues within the original scope.
Work Terms
Projects are broken down into clear, manageable milestones. Each milestone must be funded in Escrow before work begins.
A 25% – 30% upfront milestone/escrow deposit is required to initiate design and development.
Final source code, database access, and admin credentials will be handed over once the final milestone is released.
Any new feature or major design change requested outside the agreed Project Scope will be quoted separately as an additional milestone.
Includes 14 days of free post-launch support to fix any bugs or technical issues within the original project scope.
