Work Terms

Hours of Operation: Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST. Flexible coordination for international clients. Payment Terms: We prefer milestone-based payments via Guru SafePay. Work begins after milestone funding confirmation. For larger projects, phased milestones are recommended. Communication: Primary communication through Guru platform. Regular updates provided, with weekly progress reports for ongoing projects. Project Scope & Revisions: Clear scope definition required before project initiation. Minor revisions within agreed scope are included. Additional changes will be treated as change requests. Delivery & Quality: Timelines depend on project complexity and clarity of requirements. We deliver structured, production-ready solutions aligned with professional engineering standards. Confidentiality: All client information is treated as confidential. NDA available upon request.
