Hi! I'm Ion-Alexandru Malaimare, but people know me better as Nica. I performed in some of the most beautiful venues (such as Carnegie Weill) in countries including Austria, the Czech Republic, Belgium, Italy, Romania, the United States.
I can also say that I won some competitions, like MTNA Young Artist Competition in Chicago, or the New York International Artists Competition.
I enjoy performing either as a soloist, as a concertmaster, or in a chamber-music group and I enjoy composing music, which is what I am currently looking to do most.
