Kristie Prinz is the Founder and Managing Principal of the intellectual property boutique firm, The Prinz Law Office, in Los Gatos, California. Her practice includes the drafting and negotiation of intellectual property licenses and related agreements, with a focus on the high technology and life sciences industries. She also handles matters regularly in the Internet and E-commerce area.Ms. Prinz is an active member of the American Bar Association (“ABA”), where she serves as the Chair of the VOIP and Programs Committees and as a member of the Nominating and Section Branding Committees for the Science and Technology Section. Work Terms

I require an engagement agreement prior to starting work. My firm's normal practice is to to do work on an hourly, fixed, and block rate (at a discount). The retainer policies differ by work terms. I typical submit clients with unpaid past due balances of more than 90 days to collections. I tend to make myself very available to clients, who can access me as needed. I like to work with clients who are responsive, fairly clear on what they want after I advise them of their options, and who are easy to work with.
